Refund policy
At Ar-Rihla, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. While we strive to provide an accurate representation of our products through detailed descriptions and imagery, we understand that sometimes you will change your mind or on the rare occasion may not be happy with your purchase. We acknowledge that variations in shade may occur due to lighting conditions during our photoshoots. Despite our best efforts, we recognise that these subtle differences may be noticeable upon receipt. In such instances, we encourage open communication, and our dedicated customer service team is ready to assist with any concerns or queries you may have.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging. The one who purchased the item must initiate the return. Return postage must be paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated by customer support. We reserve the right to refuse a return due to damage or upon grounds of hygiene.
Our returns policy has a duration of 14 days. This means that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases after 14 days has passed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected by a member of Ar-Rihla, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
As refunds can take up to seven working days to be processed, please contact your bank in the first instance if it has not been received within the expected timeframe. If you still have not received your refund, please contact info@ar-rihla.com
Damaged or Missing Returned Items
In the case of a product(s) being returned in a worse condition than received or with some parts missing, it is up to the sole discretion of Ar Rihla Ltd returns department to issue the refund, issue a partial refund or refuse the refund. In the latter case, the product(s) will be returned to the customer. In all cases the customer will be notified of the outcome and the reasons why.
Returning Sale Items

Exchanging an Item

Returns Shipping
You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. For all returns, send us an email on info@ar-rihla.com
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending your return. Ar Rihla Ltd is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Customers are responsible for paying any customs/ import duties on their purchases. Ar Rihla Ltd accepts no responsibility for any unexpected additional fees made by anyone after your order has been shipped by us.
